Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and supporting business process services. Responsibilities also include maintaining secured storage services, managing cloud services, and implementing digital solutions. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in business process services and operational excellence
• Knowledge of secured storage services and cloud services
• Familiarity with digital solutions and digital transformation capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the BFSI, PSU, Pharma, or Healthcare sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
