Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Finalize vendor/ 3rd party contracts, negotiation, review, renewal and termination. Ensure availability of warehousing partners at all times and at lowest cost
Should have experience in domestic logistics / warehousing (e Commerce background is preferred).
Recommend Vendors based on best operational solution, low cost, category strategy
Owns and manages the 3PL partner working in defining required SLAs and monitoring the performance against the key

Performance metrics based on the inputs from the operations team.

Create policies or procedures for logistics activities
Prepare Category Strategy
Resolve problems concerning operations or customer issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies or procedures for product stored.
Driving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Setup processes and standards to optimize costs
Proven skills in Vendor Profile Evaluation, Performance Assessment and Vendor Management

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 3-9 years of experience in Warehouse Procurement and Operations experience.
Good Negotiation skills, Warehouse Procurementi exp is a Must.
Excellent stake holder management
Coordination & working with multiple partners : stake holders and high stake environment
