Assistant Manager Warehouse

Qualifications: To excel in one of our Manufacturing roles, you must meet the following qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in handling warehouse activities. - Proficiency in Warehouse operations such as raw material accounting, receipts, and issuances, finished goods handling, stock taking, dispatching, shift activities, and monthly closing. - Excellent knowledge of Excel and proficiency in SAP MM module. - Experience in raw material and packing material receipt, accounting, and issuances. - Strong coordination skills with procurement and production lines for material movement. - Adherence to safety and quality standards during shift activities. - Familiarity with WMS software and good manufacturing practices like FIFO. Key Responsibilities: - Manage warehouse activities including raw material accounting, receipt, and issuance to production lines. - Handle finished goods receipt, accounting, storing, and dispatching. - Ensure safety and quality standards are met during shift activities. - Coordinate with procurement and production lines for material movement and accounting. - Prepare necessary documents through SAP for dispatch activities. - Conduct daily, monthly, and periodic stock taking to maintain accurate inventory records.
