Assistant Manager Warehouse

As an Assistant Manager Warehouse at our international mid-sized group, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse and logistics operations to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Overall responsibility for Warehouse & Logistic Management - Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch - Implementing and optimizing efficient warehouse processes and workflows - Conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts - Implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies - Coordinating logistics and arranging transport for timely deliveries to customers - Enforcing safety guidelines and protocols in the warehouse - Maintaining accurate records of inventory, warehouse processes, and performance metrics Reporting directly to the SCM Head, you will also be responsible for supervising the proper arrangement and storage of materials, ensuring on-time delivery to customers, preparing monthly MIS reports for management, and addressing logistics-related customer complaints.
