Assistant Manager Warehouse

Key Responsibilities: - Handle warehouse activities in the manufacturing industry, focusing on winning with consumers and the market - Perform Raw material accounting, receipts, issuances, and accounting in SAP - Manage finished goods receipts, dispatching, invoicing, and stock taking - Coordinate with procurement and lines for raw material movement and accounting - Ensure safety and quality of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods during shift activities - Ship finished goods to depots and customers as per dispatch plan - Prepare documents through SAP like Invoice, Stock Transfer Note, and eway bill for dispatch - Daily, monthly, and periodic stock taking of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods - Work on Warehouse Management System (WMS) software - Follow good manufacturing practices including FIFO for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on warehouse activities - Knowledge of warehouse activities like raw material accounting, receipts, issuances, finished goods handling, stock taking, and dispatching - Proficiency in Excel and SAP MM module - Strong computer skills with expertise in Excel and SAP - Familiarity with warehouse operations and shift handling for ensuring safety and quality - Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow good manufacturing practices Company Additional Details: Kimberly-Clark is a renowned company with legendary brands like Huggies, Kleenex, and Cottonelle, serving millions of people globally.
