Assistant Manager Warehouse

As an Assistant Manager Warehouse at our international mid-sized group, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse and logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, and dispatch, implementing efficient processes to enhance productivity, conducting stock audits, and ensuring inventory control measures are in place to minimize losses. Your role will also involve coordinating logistics, arranging transport, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. Additionally, you will enforce safety guidelines in the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Overall responsible for Warehouse & Logistic Management - Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch - Implement efficient warehouse processes and workflow to optimize productivity - Conduct regular stock Audit & cycle count - Implement Inventory control measures to minimize losses & discrepancies - Coordinate logistics and arrange transport - Ensure timely & accurate deliveries to customers - Enforce safety guidelines & protocols in the warehouse - Maintain accurate records of Inventory, warehouse processes, and performance metrics Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any stream with experience in warehouse & logistics handling - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in controlling and monitoring warehouse and logistics activities - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Please note that this role reports directly to the SCM Head and is based in Kimplas, NASHIK. You will also be responsible for supervising the arrangement and storage of materials, overseeing incoming and outgoing stocks, ensuring on-time delivery to customers, preparing monthly MIS reports for management, and addressing logistics-related customer complaints.
