Assistant Manager - Vehicle Integration

Dear Candidate Looking B.Tech/BE candidate (full time) who having a good exposure in Design & Development of Hydraulic, Structural and bodywork components preferably of mobile CEs Role & responsibilities Concept design and development of mechanical and hydraulic systems/components. Create BOM, CAD Layout (Mechanism/Assembly arrangements) and Production Drawings for the machine systems/components. Prepare Engineering Documentation & Change Notices and release into PLM System. Co-ordination with Internal & External Customers/Vendors/Suppliers for execution of Project activities. Involvement in current product PCM, VA-VE, Service issues, proto machine development and drawing release. Candidates Profile Design & Development of Hydraulic, Structural and bodywork components preferably of mobile CE’s such as Backhoe Loaders, Wheeled Loaders and Excavators & tractors. Should have a very good understanding of Mobile Hydraulic system, Sheet metal structure and body work in designing features, layouts, solutions, conceptualisation, and vehicle integration. Should be capable of designing sheet metal parts, hydraulic pipe/hose routing and integrating the parts/system within the vehicle layout ensuring form, fit and function. Exposure to assembly & manufacturing techniques, and good understanding of Quality Processes for components and assemblies. Should be able to support Prototype build activities on Projects undertaken. Should have experience in resolving service/field issue through design solution in fix time. Required Skillset – Hands on experience in Unigraphics-Sheet Metal, Modelling, Drafting, Assembly, Routing, Teamcenter and PLM. System integration viz. selection/matching of components & systems. Exposure to DFMEA, Tolerance stack-up, DFM-DFA, Space Claim Study, GD & T. Very good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
