Description
Dear Candidate, Were looking for a Product Design Engineer with a strong background in concept design, engineering development, and cost-effective innovations. Key Responsibilities: Concept design & development of aggregates and components for compact/construction equipment Product improvements, field issue resolution, feature enhancement, and cost reduction (VA/VE) Complete ownership of design lifecycle from concept, BOM, and detailed drawings to PLM release Cross-functional coordination with Testing, QA, Sourcing & Manufacturing. Proto build planning, product testing, and engineering analysis documentation Ensure feasibility for manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability through Level-1 proto development Profile Requirements: Experience in end-to-end product design & development Proficient in CAD tools (UG NX preferred) and PLM systems Sound knowledge of machine design , basic design calculations, and GD&T Hands-on with Sheet Metal, Plastic & Fabrication component design Strong understanding of DFM, DFA, DFS , machining and assembly processes Knowledge of vehicle design principles (Top-Down / Bottom-Up) Familiarity with industry/international standards and homologation processes is a plus Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver across multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in benchmarking, budgeting, prototyping, vendor development , and project documentation.
