Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing purchase orders based on department needs.
• Tracking purchase order details and shipment schedules.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Reconciling purchase orders with invoices.
• Conducting vendor research and analysis.
• Managing inventory levels and reordering supplies as needed.
• Assisting with supplier negotiations and contract reviews. • Preparing reports on purchasing activity, costs, and supplier performance.
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) with 3 to 8 years experience in Purchase department in Construction / Infrastructure Deevelopment/Infra - EPC Projects.
• Proven experience in a purchasing role preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
