Key contributions

Frequency Conduct training programs for RMs. Conduct programs for all categories of Business Associates and advisors to give them a detailed orientation Train them on products, compensation structures, recruitment structures, promotion criteria etc Conduct refresher courses as & when required

License download

Pass percentage of all the candidates scheduled for IRDA at > 60%

Mentoring/ Administrations

Batch management of Offline candidates

Manage the drop outs in the offline batches and ensure that there are minimum drop outs in each batch

Batch to be addressed at least 2 times during 50 hours

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for RMs if they ask for it

Any activity which get recognized by the leadership
