Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead and execute our corporate security training initiatives. As the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring the successful implementation of security projects for our esteemed clients in Hyderabad. This position requires immediate availability and is open to candidates based in Hyderabad only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and deliver monthly physical security training programs at different client sites across Hyderabad to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.
  • Deliver comprehensive pre-deployment trainings to prepare security personnel for their specific assignments, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their roles effectively.
  • Conduct training on fire safety, medical emergency response, and evacuation procedures. Facilitate mock drills and emergency response simulations & Maintain training records
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and report writing to contribute to the overall security effectiveness.
  • Develop and use engaging training material presentations, equipment demos, and videos. Use training apps and tools for tracking & evaluation, assess trainees performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and skill as a trainer to inspire and empower security personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all training and project-related activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Security training and security operations in the security services industry.
  • Must have Strong knowledge of physical security, fire safety, and medical emergency protocols.
  • Must have Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and security personnel.
  • Must have passion for training and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and development of security personnel.
  • Ability to manage and motivate trainees across all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, training software/tools, and mobile apps.
  • Prior experience with large-scale mock drills and real-time assessments.
