Assistant Manager- Tender

Job Title- Assistant Manager – Tender (Male)
Department: Tendering & Bidding (Solar EPC Division)
Experience: 3–5 years in tendering, preferably in solar or infrastructure sector
Reporting To: AGM – Tender
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor relevant solar tenders from government portals such as CPPP, GeM, and state tender websites.
• Review tender documents, extract key requirements, and ensure all necessary documents and certifications are prepared.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bid proposals.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) for necessary inputs during tender preparation.
• Track bid submission deadlines and ensure timely, complete, and compliant submissions.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and follow up on queries and clarifications.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, status, and results for internal tracking and future reference.
• Assist in pricing, estimation, and vendor coordination when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
