Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daytoday operations of the

  International Banking process

  ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Lead a team of associates, provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular audits on files, reports, and banking documentation in line with global compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to

  KYC/AML guidelines

  , money laundering prevention protocols, and internal risk policies.
• Manage client queries, escalations, and ensure bestinclass service delivery.
• Analyze process gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Handle shift planning, workforce allocation, productivity tracking, and SLA management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, compliance units, and seniors for smooth workflow.
• Prepare MIS reports, quality dashboards, and performance updates for management review.
• Ensure the team follows 24/7 shift requirements and delivers operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in

  International Banking Operations

  with at least 1–2 years in a

  Team Lead/Assistant Manager

  role.
• Strong working knowledge of

  KYC, AML, sanctions, and compliance regulations

  .
• Experience in handling and motivating teams in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) due to global stakeholder interaction.
• Good analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in

  rotational 24/7 shifts

  .
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Banking, or related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to international markets such as US/UK/EU banking.
• Certification in

  CAMs, ICA, or AML/KYC

  (added advantage).
• Experience in quality checks, audits, or compliance reviews.
