Job Description

Looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong background in customer experience management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of specialists and support staff to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement new solutions and projects, sharing best practices and advice with colleagues.
Coordinate daily operations, oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities, and deliver input to policies, processes, and standards.
Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates, recommending placement for entry-level and experienced positions.
Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Assist with job advertising and posting, and refer applicants for particular job openings.

Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in customer experience management, focusing on CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists.
Ability to manage a mixed team of specialist and support jobs, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, including attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Experience in promoting the organization's image as a desirable place to work and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering input to policies, processes, and standards.
