ASSISTANT MANAGER-TELE SALES

As an Assistant Manager Tele Sales at Infra Green, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales growth by engaging with prospective clients, presenting our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Turnkey Industrial Solutions, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound tele sales calls, generating high-value leads, presenting our products persuasively, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with the field sales team for successful closures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM systems, and assisting in the development of tele sales scripts to enhance conversions. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of tele/inside sales experience, preferably in the industrial/infrastructure sector. You must possess strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills along with excellent communication abilities in English and Tamil, both spoken and written. A professional demeanor, ability to handle high-value discussions, and a background in Commerce/Engineering (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus) will be advantageous.
