Working Timings: 06 PM to 10 PM, only 4 hours Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise call center agents and ensure adherence to government project guidelines. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, data security, and confidentiality norms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in BPO operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role (government project experience preferred). Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Management preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage part-time hours efficiently. Key Competencies: Problem-solving & decision-making ability. Excellent interpersonal and team-handling skills. Strong understanding of government project compliance & reporting standards.
