Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing company policies. To ensure that objectives and deadlines are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in daily operations management
  • Skills in customer service and satisfactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or a similar sector is a plus
