Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant or ICWA with a minimum of 3+years of experience in Direct Taxation and Transfer Pricing. This role involves handling direct taxation, transfer pricing, and TDS compliance.

Key Deliverables

Computation of Advance taxes and provision for taxes;
Representation in assessment and appellate proceedings along with consultants.
Finalization of Corporate Tax Return, Tax Audits;
Knowledge of Income Tax Disclosure Standards.
Knowledge of Deferred Tax Accounting
Preparing and replying to Income Tax Notices / scrutiny assessments
Working knowledge of Transfer pricing law and assessment
Monthly deposits/preparation of returns.
Managing Statutory Audit

Key Skills:

Proficiency in SAP
Strong analytical ability
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong commercial acumen
