Role & responsibilities

Asst Manager - Customer Service - Kavach Projects - 4 Positions based in Hyderabad location

1. Objective of the role:

1. Monitor performance of field service teams and provide technical support to them for delivering efficient and quick service for installed Kavach systems across Indian Railways.

2. Functions to be performed by the person holding this role:

1. Monitor performance of installed Kavach systems in the assigned railway zones, by analysing performance reports.
2. Monitor performance of field service teams for timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance works in assigned Kavach projects
3. Provide technical guidance to field service engineers for resolving technical problems in Kavach systems
4. Prepare and submit performance reports to railway officials, and participate in online and in-person performance review meetings with railways

3. Educational qualifications:

1. Graduate degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with good academic performance

4. Experience:

1. 5 to 8 years experience, with at least two years as a senior engineer in the relevant domain

5. Compensation:

1. Rs 12 to 16 lakhs per annum, on a TCC basis

6. Type of employment:

1. 3-year tenure contracts, renewed based on performance
