Job Description

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist in variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
Support management with financial insights and performance metrics for decision-making
Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and project costs
Budgeting Forecasting Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Coordinate with departments to gather financial inputs
Monitor budget utilization and highlight deviations
Accounts Management Prepare accounts payable and receivable processes
Review vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and project-related expenses
Ensure timely billing of clients and follow-up on outstanding payments
Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations
Maintain adherence to tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements applicable to IT companies
Process Improvement Identify gaps in existing financial processes and recommend improvements
Help implement automation tools and ERP/finance systems for better efficiency
Support financial controls to reduce risk and improve accuracy
Treasury Cash Flow Management Assist in monitoring cash flow, bank balances, and working capital needs
Coordinate with banks on payments, statements, and finance-related queries

Additional Skills:

Expertise in advanced Excel and presentation skills mandatory Very good communication skills needed
