Responsibilities Good knowledge about Labour Laws in India and practical experience in handling the compliance Deep understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant labour laws in India. Familiarity with corporate governance practices. Knowledge on Foreign Exchange Management Act and RBI compliances Awareness of legal procedures Practical knowledge and hands on experience on Employee Benefits associated laws such as EPF, ESI, Gratuity , Superannuation Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Remuneration : Commensurate with the skills Qualifications Masters/Bachelors degree in labour laws /Law Graduate .
