Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive Sales

You will be responsible for the following key activities: - Prospecting and sales lead generation - Conducting independent direct sales visits - Providing sales visits and support with distributor network - Conducting on-site customer technical demonstrations and product training - Directly promoting and selling Lab equipment product lines - Maintaining and managing CRM records and opportunities for the area - Assisting at seminars, training courses, and product launches - Attending and organizing local exhibitions Qualifications required for this role: - B.Sc./Diploma /B.E in ECE, EEE, EIE - Minimum 2 to 4 years of Sales experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology laboratory equipments The company primarily deals with Lab Equipments and serves customers such as Life Science and Healthcare Companies, Research Institutes, and Pharma Companies. If you possess good analytical and business process skills, negotiation skills, and are result-oriented and achievement-driven, this role is suitable for you. Additionally, knowledge of commercial terms, excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required. You should be independent and able to work effectively under pressure, as well as willing to travel for business purposes.
