Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive Sales

As an experienced Sales professional in the field of Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology laboratory equipments, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prospecting and generating sales leads to drive business growth. - Conducting independent direct sales visits to potential customers. - Providing sales support to distributor network and assisting in sales visits. - Conducting on-site customer technical demonstrations and product training. - Promoting and selling Lab equipment product lines directly to customers. - Maintaining and managing CRM records and identifying opportunities in the area. - Assisting in seminars, training courses, and product launches. - Attending and organizing local exhibitions to showcase products. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a B.Sc./Diploma /B.E in ECE, EEE, EIE. - Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of Sales experience in the specified industry. - Possess good analytical and business process skills. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills. - Be result-oriented and achievement-driven. - Understand commercial terms related to sales. - Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Be independent and capable of working effectively under pressure. - Be willing to travel as required for the job.
