Job Description

Responsibilities Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive (International Marketing)

(Ores, Minerals & Alloys ImportExport)

1. International Market Development

  • Identify and develop new overseas markets for

    ores, minerals, and ferro alloys

    through market research, trade data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Track demandsupply trends, global pricing, and policies in target markets (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.).
  • Explore opportunities with

    traders, steel plants, foundries, battery, welding, ceramics, and chemical industries

    .

2. Sales & Business Expansion

  • Generate new business inquiries, prepare

    quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts

    .
  • Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms) within company guidelines.
  • Support management in achieving

    monthly and annual export/import sales targets

    .

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    international buyers, agents, and distributors

    .
  • Ensure

    timely communication, product updates, and after-sales support

    for long-term partnerships.
  • Participate in

    international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events

    to promote the companys product portfolio.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping lines for

    export documentation, LC, BL, COO, and customs clearance

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    DGFT, EXIM policies, shipping regulations, and buyer country import norms

    .
  • Track export incentives, duty structures, and government schemes relevant to minerals and alloys trade.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the

    production, logistics, and finance teams

    to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
  • Maintain updated

    MIS reports

    on international sales pipeline, customer status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on

    global market trends and competitor activities

    will be an added advantage.
  • Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of

    ores (manganese, iron, chromite, bauxite), minerals, and ferro alloys

  • Familiarity with

    global market trends, INCOTERMS, export documentation, and trade compliance

  • Knowledge of

Technical & Commercial Skills

  • Ability to
