Assistant Manager (Technical) BESS 1. Technical Evaluation & Design Assist in preparing technical specifications for BESS projects (10 kW to 100 MW scale). Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar + storage and standalone BESS applications. Support in system design & sizing (kW, kWh, inverter, PCS, transformer, cooling, and control systems). Work with senior technical team to evaluate battery chemistries (LFP, NMC, Sodium-ion, etc.) and recommend suitable options. 2. Vendor & Technology Coordination Coordinate with OEMs, EPC contractors, and component suppliers for technical discussions.
