Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Kick-off & Scheduling

    : Conduct internal meetings, review POs, specifications, and drawings to develop detailed manufacturing and execution schedules using

    Primavera or MS Project

    .
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    : Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Dispatch to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Execution Monitoring

    : Track manufacturing progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedules.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication

    : Participate in regular project reviews and client meetings; provide accurate progress reports.
  • Technical Planning

    : Assist in interpreting fabrication drawings, planning manufacturing sequences, preparing part drawings, nesting plans, and defining dispatch strategies.
  • Vendor/Subcontractor Coordination

    : Issue scopes of work and technical instructions, and ensure timely delivery of outsourced tasks.
  • Reporting & Improvement

    : Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous planning process improvements.
