Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. ResourceUS Accountingto join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US GAAP,Sales Tax compliance, and hands-on expertise inQuickBooks Online (QBO). Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for guiding a team and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client accountants handling US-based clients and accounting processes.
  • Process day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions inQuickBooks Online (QBO).
  • Review and prepareSales Tax filingsacross multiple US states in compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolve complex accounting or system issues.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members to support performance and development.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables and SLAs are met.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management and audit requirements.
  • Assist in streamlining and improving accounting systems and processes.
