• Engineer Activities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.

• Engineering Coordination:

• Oversee the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to schedule maintenance activities, balancing operational needs with minimal disruption.

• Technical Expertise

• Utilize technical knowledge to assist in diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve maintenance processes.

• Budget Management

• Assist in the development and management of the maintenance department budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

• Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
• Investigate and address safety incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Vendor Management

• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services or the procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and Evaluate vendor performance based on the projects needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors for CAPEX project for Preparing BOQ, Drawing and Planning.

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
• Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• SAP PM Module (PR Creation, Breakdown Notification, Reservation, Service order, Measuring Point updating)
• To verify and close the external audit points, Complaints manager points.

• Training and Development:

• Provide training to maintenance staff on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols.
