Assistant Manager, Sponsorship

Role Overview: - Create and track the conference calendar for the Oncology Business Unit - Collaborate with the Medical Team, Marketing Team, and Zonal Business Manager - Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to identify platforms for scientific dissemination - Negotiate with stakeholders for adequate representation on major scientific platforms - Ensure compliance with AZ Code of Ethics, Global External Interactions Policy, and Privacy Policy - Coordinate and execute end-to-end functions for conference partnerships with Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) Qualification Required: - University Science graduate with a Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in super-specialty/Oncology - Aptitude for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships - Comprehensive understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry - Effective influencing and communication skills - Proficiency in customer management - Strong commercial acumen - Organizational skills with good analytical abilities - Ability to manage complexity with a high degree of maturity AstraZeneca is committed to being a Great Place to Work, empowering individuals to push the boundaries of science and unleash their entrepreneurial spirit.
