Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager – Speech to lead clinical teams and enhance the quality of speech services. This role involves delivering direct therapy sessions, guiding a team of therapists, and ensuring top-notch service delivery to children and failies. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence  Conduct engaging, effective speech therapy sessions.  Monitor children's progress and ensure high satisfaction levels.  Stay updated with best practices in speech-language pathology. Client Relationship & Retention  Maintain strong rapport with parents and caregivers.  Track outcomes and support the renewal of therapy programs. Documentation & Goal Setting  Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of all sessions.  Review and ensure the quality of goal plans and reports prepared by team members. Team Training & Support  Train and mentor new team members.  Provide hand-holding support for smooth onboarding. Travel for Training  Be available to travel for team training and knowledge-sharing sessions when required. Resource Utilization  Ensure effective and efficient use of tools, time, and team resources. Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology.  4–8 years of relevant clinical experience.  Strong communication and leadership skills.  Knowledge of developmental and communication disorders.  Willingness to travel for training and audits.
