Fostering a positive safety culture within the organization through awareness campaigns, training, and visible leadership.
Identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and recommending control measures to mitigate those risks.
Conducting thorough investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant SHE legislation, regulations, and company policies.
Developing and delivering SHE training programs for employees at all levels.
Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of SHE programs, such as emergency response plans and hazard communication.
