• Analysing supply chain operation data to identify trends , opportunities for improvement

potential supply chain risks to enable data-driven decisions on regular basis . Drive and

improve P & L of all sites . Deep selling with value added services in existing business ,

• Drive Operation excellen ce in area efficient Inventory Management, L e a n and

Agile supply chain, Process reengineering, Use of Technology, and productivity

improvement .

• Conduct Reviews for - Operational performance, productivity, quality - KPI and SLA of

alloperation . Identify the areas of improvements /projects.

• Lead Contracts renewals, commercial corrections and offering win win improvements to

customer impacting cost, quality .

• New customer acquisitions by leading technical discussion round and support for

commercials.

• Foster culture of Process Improvement, Problem solving and continuous improvement

all sites .

• Lead and manage implementation of new project .
• Design warehouse and logistics process, policies, procedures and compliances to maintain
• standards of safety, productivity in daily operations and high degree of controls.
• Design and implement standardization of warehouse quality, hygiene, infrastructure,
• space optimization, safety standards, and surveillance. Documenting and reviewing best
• practices with industry and global benchmarks.
•  Drive process efficiencies and compliances through governances, implementation of quality tools
• such as lean six sigma, Digitalization to enhance warehouse productivity
