ROLE: Manager – SCM

Department: SCM & Logistics

Location: Teynampet, Chennai

Segment: Cosmetics Manufacturer with 30 plus years of PAN india presence.

Reports to: Director – Sourcing & Logistics

Relevant Experience: 5 – 12 Yrs only.

Qualification & Skills:

· Any Graduate

· Excellent communication in English & Hindi preferable

· Spoken Hindi is preferable

· Written skills, email drafting, computer savvy

· Pleasing personality, good learning attitude

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

· Production planning, coordinate with factory & 3rd party vendors

· Purchase of raw material, negotiating rates, credit period etc.,

· Coordinating with logistics department & warehouse

· MIS reports

· Effective team handling of 2 executives

Logistics:

· Taking care of inbound/ outbound logistics

· Raw material transportation/ transportation till point of delivery

· Daily movement of raw material from various vendors to factory

· Maintaining & preparing MIS reports

· Developing team members to execute task as assigned, imparting knowledge transfer to team member

· Movement of raw material & packing material from vendors to 3rd parties

· Suppliers of finished goods to warehouse & warehouse to super stockists

· Generating necessary e way bills/forms as per GST.

· Tracking of vehicles till delivery is made.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
