Assistant Manager - Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Team Management

  : Manage a team of sales DMAs to ensure sales and penetration at the dealership as per the target.

• Sales & Business Development

  : Drive the sale of finance schemes to customers and ensure the conversion of all leads (Web/Tele/Rural).

• Documentation & Compliance

  : Ensure all customer documents, including KYC and personal information, are verified and processed correctly.

• Dealer Relationship Management

  : Maintain and improve relationships with dealers, addressing issues and queries on a daily basis.

• Process Management

  : Oversee the entire sales process, from managing inquiries and following up on open cases to ensuring speedy disbursement and maintaining a quick turnaround time (TAT) for decisions.

• Performance Monitoring

  : Monitor the productivity of DMAs, track competition activity in the dealership, and keep the Area Sales Manager (ASM) updated on daily achievements.

• Collections & Resolution

  : Be responsible for the collection of RCs and the resolution of FEMIs and non-starters on a regular basis.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong skills in documentation verification and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Excellent relationship management abilities for dealers and customers.
• Experience in monitoring competition and market trends.
• Ability to handle the entire sales process, from lead conversion to collections.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
