Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling High Court & NCLT matters of Ahmedabad Dist. including briefing the appointed Advocate and vetting replies prepared by the Advocate. Coordinating matters filed in the Supreme Court of India.
Coordinate with other sections and departments of company for Legal cases. Coordinate with Panel advocates and brief them regarding case matters.
Up-to-date knowledge of Laws, Acts, New CrPC, Civil code etc. Knowledge of Electricity Act and related Acts.
Basic knowledge of Estate related work.
Carry out legal research as per requirements of company.
Drafting replies to Legal Notices
Verification of Advocates bills. Make all the relevant entries in SAP related to the area of responsibility.
Maintain digital copy of papers of the case file in the area of responsibility.
Good computer literacy.
Prepare MIS for area of responsibility and submit the same to HOD. Decide the Priority of the cases and update the same in SAP.
Completing work allotted from time to time by HOD and as per requirement of Company.
Ensures Compliances to legal and other requirements relevant to the work activity.
