Position: Assistant Manager Sales Location: Bangalore CTC: 6 to 8 LPA Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Experience: 6 to 8 years in HVAC industry Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions. Prepare and send quotations using the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups. Negotiate effectively and close orders, ensuring commercial and technical clarity. Transfer confirmed orders to the factory with all necessary details for smooth processing. Coordinate with the production team and follow up to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain updated records in the CRM and report sales progress regularly. Build and sustain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business. Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially Air Handling Units (AHUs). Proven track record in B2B industrial sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools for quote generation and pipeline tracking. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and customers.
