Sales Coordinator – Import (Freight Forwarding)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Import Sales Coordination

We are looking for an experienced Import Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with pricing, customer coordination, and shipment booking. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of import freight processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare import quotations, proposals & rate sheets.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, NVOCCs & overseas agents for rates, schedules, and bookings.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage shipment bookings, space confirmation, and documentation coordination.
• Maintain customer communication, follow-ups, and service updates.
• Update CRM, MIS, sales reports, and track enquiry status.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation & accounts for smooth execution.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of import freight forwarding & INCO Terms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines & handle customer pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Import Sales Coordination in a Freight Forwarding company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
