Additionally, you will participate in sales calls, entertainment events, and trade shows to enhance customer bookings and support the operational aspects of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts effectively. - Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers for future bookings. - Develop community relationships to expand the customer base. - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and support operational tasks. - Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals. - Understand market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue. - Support the companys service strategy to drive customer loyalty and deliver exceptional customer service. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years of sales and marketing experience, OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with no work experience required.
