Sales Accounting

  • Accurately record and reconcile sales transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  
  
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with company policies.
  
  
  • Prepare and review sales accounting reports and S&M expenses details.
  
  
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to sales revenue and transactions.
  
  
  
  

Sales Analytics

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
    
    
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track sales performance and forecast future sales.

Dealer Claims

  • Process and review dealer claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  
  
  • Maintain thorough records of all dealer claims and related transactions.
  
  
  • Liaise with dealers to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  
  
  • Analyze dealer claim data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
  
  
  
  

Receivables Monitoring and Controls

  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
  
  
  • Monitor credit policy and monthly receivable analysis.
  
  
  • Prepare and analyse aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions.
  
  
  
  

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales accounting and analytics or similar role.

Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field. MBA finance preferred

• Proficiency in SAP software and Excel.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
