Assistant Manager

As a Utility Maintenance Technician, your role involves performing maintenance and repairs on utility infrastructure, which includes fixing leaks, replacing components, and troubleshooting problems. You will conduct regular inspections of utility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning. Your responsibility also includes ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and any issues encountered. Coordinating with other departments, such as facilities management and operations, to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions is also a key part of your role.
