Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for OEM portal management, Internal Purchase Order management, material price updates to be done at defined intervals for global KAMs.
Working in co-ordination with other region colleagues and providing them regular updates on the day-to-day progress
Must poses knowledge and experience of handling Sales related tools, process templates and Sales KPIs.
Handling Sales and Program related MIS, documents management system etc.
Responsible for setting up MACROS/ VBA / Power BI / Python and creating templates needed for data input and classification.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple internal requests under the deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum 6-to-7 years of experience in sales operation, business support roles.
Good process knowledge.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization time-management abilities.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong computer skills, including MS office Tools like a VBA Macro, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer focused and results oriented.
Responsible and organized.
Logical thinker
Passion to learn new concepts, technologies, and processes.
Fluent written and spoken English.
