Assistant Manager - Rural Term Loan - Emerging Markets
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed business goals and targets for Personal Loan.

Identify referral networks, brokers, and generate business from them.

Assign responsibilities to sales executives and monitor their performance.

Identify good areas to operate and customer profiles.

Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.

Manage and groom the team to achieve their respective targets.

Manage the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure portfolio health.

Manage distribution through direct, referral, and address any concerns appropriately.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in branch sales.

Prior experience in Banking and NBFC industry (Asset or Liabilities).

Prior experience in refinance and gold loans is a must.

Experience in handling multiple product sales.

Team management and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively to rural locations.
