Job Summary:
seeking an experienced and innovative AssistantManager – R&D to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced power electronics, embedded systems, and automation hardware. The ideal candidate willpossess strong technical expertise, project management abilities, and hands-on experience in hardware design and embedded system development.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop power electronic circuits, including SMPS (Flyback, Forward

Topology), regulated/linear power supplies, and motor control circuitry.

• Develop embedded systems using microcontrollers, microprocessors, FPGAs, and

various digital and analog components.

• Implement communication interfaces such as CAN, SPI, UART, USB, etc.
• Design and develop hardware and software for automation systems.
• Lead and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all developments comply with industry standards, EMI/EMC guidelines, and

regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems with overall

product strategies.

• Conduct system validation, debugging, testing, and reliability checks.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in Hardware Design & Development, Low & High Power SMPS design, and Embedded System design.
• Deep knowledge of high-frequency SMPS transformer design, magnetics, and BLDC

& PMSM motor control techniques.

• Practical understanding of EMI/EMC compliance, reliability testing, and robust hardware design methodologies.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools: Zuken, CAD Star, OrCAD, and PCB design standards.
• Strong experience with 8-bit & 32-bit microcontrollers: ARM, STM32, ATMega, Toshiba, PIC, Raspberry Pi, etc.
• Hands-on experience in RTOS, graphic displays, device drivers, sensors, motors, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Knowledge of DC/BLDC motor control techniques.
• Understanding of FMEA, DFMEA, DRBFM, and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
