Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Purchase Vendor Development, based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchase vendor development and material management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are advantageous.
Proven experience in purchase vendor development, material management, and supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
