Desired Qualification:

Roles and Responsibility:

Manage and monitor the semi-automatic and automatic battery assembly lines
Drive continuous projects online to improve production KPIs like OEE / FTT / Scrap reduction.
Resources utilization (Manpower, Machine, Material) as per the management requirements
Training of the operators and skill management as per the line operation requirements
Monitor and ensure zero defect approach in the produced products
Ensuring 100% safety of the lines and manpower involved in the working.

Mandatory Skills:

Basic knowledge of Lithium Ion Batteries & their applications
Knowledge of ERP System (SAP H4/HANA)
Knowledge of Automatic assembly lines.
Knowledge of Lean concepts for improvements (KAIZEN, SMED, Poka Yoke, JIT, KANBAN)

Desired Skills:

Knowledge on MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Auto Cad
Knowledge of ISO & IATF documentation
