• 5+ years of experience in production
• Proven experience of leading large task force
• CNC shop floor experience
You will be responsible for:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets
• Ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and adhere to quality standards
• Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality
control procedures
• Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products
• Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to maintain operational efficiency
• Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical or electrical issues promptly
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
