Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager- Production in the glass industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and be able to lead teams to achieve production goals.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the glass industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to ensure high-quality products.
Experience with production planning and scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
