Assistant Manager Production

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: You will work on briefs and costings by receiving and understanding the briefs from the Client Service person. In some cases, you may need to meet with the Creative team to discuss the brief alongside the Client Service person. Your role will involve proposing executable, innovative ideas, and exploring new technologies for events. Additionally, you will be required to work on costings based on the brief and elements of the design to ensure cost-effectiveness and feasibility. It will be your responsibility to prepare a cost sheet and collaborate with other departments, especially Client Service and Creative. You will also maintain Venue banks for various types of events. Key Responsibilities: - Effective planning and thinking on events - Conducting a recce if required upon confirmation of an event - Working on the layout of the event and sending all event requirements to the vendors for the various elements involved - Preparing the Production Schedule for the event and ensuring sufficient manpower, such as Promoters, is available - Being present at the Set up to ensure it begins and flows as per the Production Schedule - Delivering on-site quality as promised by Client Service and ensuring dismantle begins as scheduled at the end of the event Vendor Management: - Sourcing vendors and obtaining competitive quotes while working on costing - Handling vendor contracts and agreements - Finalizing the cost of materials and resources with vendors - Coordinating material delivery on time with vendors - Negotiating with vendors and other agencies on cost reduction and resource availability before the event Qualifications Required: - Full-time, Permanent job type - Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, Provident Fund, and work-from-home option (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
