Role & responsibilities

Plan production activities according to daily schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct line balancing studies to optimize assembly processes and reduce rejections.
Implement kaizen initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Ensure effective communication among departments (QC, QA, Warehouse) regarding material availability and dispatch schedules.
Knowledge Indoor & Outdoor Assembly Processes.
Responsible for All Safety Compliance & HIRA activity at Assembly.
