FANUC Robots control system and its PLC Interface communication knowledge.
Automation Network like CC-IEF, Device Net, LAN etc. knowledge
Machine Control System Electrical drawing knowledge
Knowledge about AutoCAD, MS-Office, ERP system etc.
a). New Equipments Control system design (Hardware & software), Existing equipment control system upgrade as per process requirement.
b). Participate & Check Electrical DAP for new equipment’s as per project timeline. Incorporate previous learning in new projects.
c). Specification sheet preparation, submit RFQ for new equipment’s as per time project timeline.
d). Monitor Equipment’s Electrical installation as per Suzuki Standard.
e). Equipment’s Control system failure analysis and take countermeasure as a continuous process of improvement.
